The email can have a copy on the server till some tech removes it. Never disobey the work rules.

Depends on where you work and if they monitior your emails. If so you are already caught. Sorry
Reply:It can stay on your computer as long as a year if you dont take the time to delet it off your server .
Because then if you take the time to go up to the option on your internet server if you can do that on your computer at work and clear your computers history like the sites nad stuff you have vistted adn the things you have done then you should not get caught .
Reply:If your place of employment, is monitoring your email.. It will be on the mail servers log FOREVER.. or until the system/network administrator deletes the log...
