How do I find out who is emailing me?

Someone keeps emailing me from an address I don't know. He seems to know me and has managed to get into my account has read %26amp; misinterpreted my emails to a friend %26amp; is now threatening to tell my bf about them. There's nothng to tell %26amp; my bf knows, but it's really annoying %26amp; slightly worrying! Is there anyway I can find out the name of the account holder?

Best thing to do is is probably change your password, but to know who the e-mail is from why not try to turn the tables on the unknown e-mailer. Try this firstly change your password, then make sure you have the e-mail address of the unknown e-mailer you could to two things now, you could complain to the service provider eg yahoo, hotmail etc. And tell them what has been going on or you could play with the unknown e-mailers mind. Create a new e-mail address and turn the table on them if you want or you could simply change your password its up to you but I would turn the tables and then change the password.

Reply:You should write all your contacts down, and delete your account. Start a new account... that way the person who is doing this terrible thing to you will stop.
Reply:I don't think you can find out unless you pay some detective money. Just change you email address.

Go to your email address where this person is reading from and CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD right now.
Reply:If someone has got into your account I would change my password. If someone was harrassing me with E-mails and I didn't know who they were from I would contact the supplier...i.e. if the E-mail address was from Hotmail I would contact Hotmail, Yahoo, Yahoo...etc.





You should also be able to block their E-mail address or spam them
