I made a mess the other day and changed my (pop3) setting by mistake, and now i cannot remember how to get back on the page to correct it , anyone with info please help me thanks

Try changing LAN setttings. Contact your Internet Service Provider to guide you on the settings.
Reply:go to programmes ,accessories , system restore pick a date before you messed with it Microsoft will do the rest in about 15 Min's
Reply:switch it off and switch it back on (always works for me)
