Emailing to a different country?

I have a friend in france and im trying to email him using msn, but they said it cant send it, is this because its to a different country? I emailed him with Yahoo!, but will it work?

I'm curious as to why you didn't include the alleged error message; "they said it cant [sic] send it" is vague and unhelpful to us.





The problem could be anything from a misspelled e-mail address (which wouldn't surprise me, given your multiple grammatical faux pas, if you'll pardon my French), to the recipient no longer using that e-mail address, or the recipient's domain (i.e., the Internet Service Provider or ISP) is no longer in service, etc, etc, etc.





Next time, if you want specific help, include the exact error message.
Reply:it should work. the email is probably wrong. the internet is the internet, there are no area codes or anything like that.





if he has a yahoo account then yes, it will work.
Reply:I don't think so. I have MSN and e-mail my friends in Africa and Mexico all the time and it works! Maybe it was just a technical error?
