Is there a way to block a person from emailing you?

Is there a way to block a person from emailing you?
If it is junk mail that you are trying to block, those spammers use a different email address for every junk message they send out. That's why the blocker doesn't look like it's working. As an alternative, you could create your own filter (Options %26gt; Filters) to look for common words in the sender's name or in the subject line, and send those mails automatically to the Trash folder.
Reply:Along with going into your e-mail preferences and blocking the e-mail address there, you can also mark their e-mail as "spam" right there in your inbox. This will automatically block them from sending you e-mail in the future too.
Reply:You need to go to your preferences/options, and check your privacy settings, you can then view your *allowed* and *blocked* list, depending on which messenger you use.

Reply:Go to options at the right hand side of your email page, towards the top. The page will load in 3 columns, the one on the left hand side is labelled SPAM. Under that heading you will see a choice marked block addresses. Click there and type in the address of the person from whom you no longer wish to recieve mail. You can block up to 500 addresses like that.
