How do you block people from emailing you?

I keep getting way to much spam and it is getting rediculous. need to know how to block them
How do you block people from emailing you?
If you are using yahoo classic:


Go to "Options" It is above your email


Click on "Mail Options"


Click on "Blocked Addresses"


Enter the address you want to block


Click on “Add Block”


Click on “Save”





If you are using new yahoo


Go to "Options" It is above your email


Click on "Mail Options"


Click on "Spam"


Enter the address you want to block


Click on “Add ”


Click on “Save Changes”

Reply:when your in the email window go to the upper right hand corner hit options then mail options, in the options window make sure the mail tab is hit and block addresses should be there, if nothing else you can hit the spam button and they will then go to your spam
