you can change the dimensions in a program like microsoft photoeditor. pictures are sharper when reduced in size.

I think in XP you can just right click on the picture and then from the drop down choose the size you want.

1) customise the size of ur fotos.

2) this is the preferred one. upload the fotos to sites that support sharing of fotos, like yahoo or www.ofoto.com. u can share ur fotos using these sites which just sends a link to ur friend to view the fotos.
Reply:u will have an option in tools in ur photoshop or photosuite program which says "RESIZE"
