To stop Yahoo from E-mailing when someone on your network asks a question what you have to do is:-





1)Click on you Avataar


2)Click edit my Info


3)Scroll down and under Email Communications from Yahoo! Answers untick the option which says E-mail me when my contact asks a question


4)Save and exit

Go to your profile and adjust your settings.





I'm a bit rusty with profile settings (I never change mine), but I'm pretty sure that all those things appear as options ... and that you can "opt out" of any/all of them.
